Andaman - Through the Mangrove Forest into the Limestone Caves
The breathtaking majestic nature's sanctuaries are seen in the limestone caves at Baratang in Andaman. Kaal (time) has sculpted intricate masterpieces of stalactites and stalagmites creating a symphony of forms, whispering in silent grandeur.
The bones and teeth develop in Annamaya Kosha, and the first milk tooth of a child falls down - is a sign that they are now ready for more subtle knowledge of existence - minerals and rocks - as that interestingly forms the bones of the Virat Purush during cosmic manifestation.
While children saw with their own sense organs (pratyaksha praman) the unbelievable wonders of at Limestone formations with the varied textures formed due to just one sink hole, they gradually begin to perceive the importance of preserving nature... As they further engage with science and environment through experiential learning and imaginative exploration.
The approach to Baratang was through the sea, which closed in on our boat which navigated into a narrow waterway flanked by Mangrove Plantations on each side.
The bounty of oxygen in the air, the sound of rare species of birds in the ether, the shades and hues of greens nourishing the anahat chakra can only create a reverential feeling towards the creator.
Man worships an invisible God, and destroys the visible nature.. unaware that the very nature he destroys is the God he worships.
There are stories to tell of every structure and pattern that creation adopts... The roots of the mangrove trees holding it tall, allowing it to breathe, even though inside the water.... to create a functional reality, self sustainability that you dont need a Brahma to keep spoon feeding you everyday, but a system of prakriti is given that when tapped into can work wonders!
