Himalayan Meditations
There is love and life in the waters of the Ganga,
A shelter and stability in the folds of the lofty mountains,
Elements to their full capacity
Aligning the chakras, body, mind and soul...
Earth – Develops into sense of touch
Lying down in the lap of Prakriti… Earthing our bodies by direct contact with Mother Earth.
All the un-necessary charged up traumas, negative energies and misalignments get transferred to Bhumi Devi to convert into positive auspicious healing energies. Thus experiencing stability in lightness.
Water – develops into sense of taste
70 % of earth is made of water and 70% of our bodies are made of water. Drinking fresh water from a live water source, with complete satisfaction. And connection with snow (frozen water) cleanses and replenishes the annayama and praanmaya koshas for great mental and physical health. Experience life force and praana.
Fire – develops into sense of sight
Eating anna cooked on wood, enhances the fire of digestion inside our bodies. Good digestion leads to good energies leads to good vision and thinking. ‘Warm’ hearted people of the pahadi areas are evidently trauma free.
Air – develops into sense of smell
The purity of the Himalayan airs have lightness, locomotion, movement, freedom... This air brings about mobility which blows away the toxic residual breaths and thoughts that are collected unconsciously. A cleansing agent from within to enhance the manomaya kosha – steadiness of emotions.
Ether – develops into sense of sound
The vastness of space, facilitates expansion of vertical and horizontal edges of our body, causing it to expand and stretch without confines of the vision. The stressed out elliptical cells now receive ether in their spaces to go back to their round shape.
Himalaya ke bina Bharat kya
Ganga ke bina Himalay kya
Shiv ji ke bina Ganga kya
Vishnu ke bina Shiv ji kya
Ye hai Bharat…
As the mountains stand tall and wide, I could only collect pebbles of divinity….
